the envelope icon with the droplet flickering won't go away and can't print your copy anything signed it back on the Wi-Fi reset the printer multiple times still can't figure out what's wrong still have 3 months left on our free trial of HP Inc and says we have only use 64 out of 700 pages available to print so I'm not sure what else could be the problem any info or solution would be greatly appreciated
