I need help

'' cannot print. connect printer to update HP instant ink status''

Try the steps below. 

 

To fix this issue, I suggest disabling the IPv6 on the printer's EWS page -

 

(1) To open the printer's EWS page, open the Internet browser and type the IP address for your printer into the URL field of your Internet browser.

 

Note: To get the IP Address, print a Network Configuration Page. Press the Wireless button and Information button at the same time to print the network configuration page.

 

(2) On the printer's EWS page, click the Network or Networking tab, and then open Network protocol under general

 

(3) Select Enable IPv4 only (or similar)

 

(4) Click Apply, and then wait until the changes are confirmed. Restart the Printer, router and your phone and try printing again.
