I understand you’re unable to register the printer to your account. Thank you for sharing that with us. To guide you accurately, could you let me know the exact printer model and whether you see any specific message or code on the printer display or in the HP App when the registration fails?

 

It will also help to know if this printer was previously enrolled under another HP Instant Ink account, or if this is the first time you’re trying to register it. With those details, we can narrow down the cause and provide the right steps.
