- cartridge error (mod. 67/305)

I replaced the original color cartridge (nr. 305) on my printer by the one that has been sent to me This one is much larger(model 67/305) and I get Cartridge error.
I tried it maybe 20 times but the error stays. When I put the original cartridge, than there i no error.
I think I've received a bad cartridge from HP????

I do not see any email option for Instant Ink, but they do have a phone number listed in Belgium as shown in my post above. HP Instant Ink | HP® Site officiel (hpconnected.com) is a more direct link for Begium (French language) or HP Instant Ink | HP® officiële site (hpconnected.com) for Dutch language. The phone number shown is the same for either.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

I cannot order a new cartridge! Due to the fact that I needed to print I bought an original cartridge by my dealer and now I get the message "No instant ink cartridge, cannot tell the capacity" and I cannot ask for a newone. Pfff!
I hope I can contact HP on monday, because I cannot find an email. 😞
