Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the cartridge cannot communicate with printer.  I've tried the troubleshooting steps with the virtual agent and no change at all.  i've changed to a new cartridge and no change in error status.  I have an HP Envy 7155.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error on your HP Envy 7155 printer.  I would suggest cleaning the electrical contacts in the printer as well as on the cartridges as shown in step 3.
