Product: HP DeskJet 4122e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am just trying to enter the details of my c/c to continue my ink/paper contract. I seem to be going round for hours and getting nowhere. Now I’m told my printer is no supported. It’s a HP DeskJet 4100e and only about 13 mths old!!!!! I can’t believe HP expect me to upgrade to renew my stationery/ink supplies. How can I get round this?
