My printer will not recognise my colour cartridge. I use instant ink and it tells me that it cannot send any more ink because it can't read the ink levels from the printer. I have tried every recommended trouble shooting procedure I can find. It only happens with the tri-colour cartridge as far as i can tell. At first the printer would just ask me to remove and re insert the cartridge, and it would work after a couple of times doing this. Now it isn't letting me print at all. This has been going on for a couple of weeks at least. How do I replace the cartridge?

Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
