My printer keeps showing me this message "cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" and I already am , I tried to used different cartridges and same keeps happening. I contacted HP and they mentioned that it is a connectivity issue between the printer and the Insta Ink server , they give me an IP address (192.168.1.52) it doesn't work..... please I need help

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Let us try these steps:
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.
Reinstall the ink cartridges. Try printing.
Also, check your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
