Hello @JRenard, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

We understand your concern regarding the page count on your Instant Ink account.

Please log in to your HP Instant Ink account and ensure that the printer is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Once connected, the printer will sync its latest activity with the Instant Ink servers. You can then review the number of pages reported for the current billing month from the Instant Ink dashboard.

It is important to note that HP Instant Ink is an ink subscription service, and the printer reports page usage to HP when connected to the internet. The page count displayed in your Instant Ink dashboard is based on the printer's reported activity for the billing period. After the printer syncs with the service, the dashboard will reflect the most up-to-date usage information.
