Any charges related to your HP Instant Ink account will reflect on your account page and you will receive an invoice for the same. Bank cannot announce the charges related to Instant Ink. You may want to reach out to your bank and check on it.

I am a registered user of HP instant ink and until December any amounts debited to my bank account were debited by "HP inc Instant Ink DE". In January, however, "Custodian Worldpay" debited an amount to my account naming HP Instant Ink as payee.
The amount more or less matches the last invoice I received from Instant Ink (invoice 6.00€, amount debited 5.95€ - why could that be?), the invoice is dated 20 Jan 2021, the amount was debited on 19 Jan 2021.
I would be grateful for a response + explanation to avoid me having to contact the bank.

si, anch'io mi sono trovato in queste condizioni, HP ha dato mandato a Worldpay la riscossioni delle fatture, almeno cosi' pare. Ma avvertire no? Cioe' una mail in cui si avverta la clientela che le modalita' di pagamento sono cambiate. Mah!!!!
