Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

My father passed away whilst the Instant Ink subscription was active. Of course, the payment declined because his credit cards have all been suspended. Therefore, I am unable to cancel the subscription because of a missed payment - which I don't think I need to pay because he passed before the renewal date. How can I get someone real to help with cancellation of not only the subscription but also the charge that should not be on the account?

Thank you for the link to cancel the subscription. I have done that. However, the account is suspended because the credit card was charged after my father passed and declined and then a late fee was added. It is only $13.00. This is not about the amount - it is about the principle. There is no way to remove that charge as far as I can tell.

I literally just want that charge removed, then I can remove the printer from the instant ink queue and move forward.

Is there anyone I can talk to or email about removing that charge and late fee? I can provide the obit link or a copy of the death certificate.

Thanks.
