Hi, I have an instant ink program for this printer and the last ink cartridge you sent me has been sent back by my post office. I've received an email by HP alerting me about the problem and asking me to enter a new address and not to reply to that email. I haven't changed my address so I don't know how to solve the situation! I had another black cartridge (sent to me on another instant ink program I have) and I tried to install it but it doesn't work and the printer says the cartridge is defective (tha cartridge is the same model). Can you please help me? I can't print anything and my Instant Ink account says they won't send me any new cartridge unless I try to fix the problem my self
