Hello everyone,

 

I have an HP printer and an Instant Ink subscription, but my account was created with the wrong address. I need to delete this account so I can create a new one with the correct address.

 

I’ve checked the account settings but I don’t see an option to completely remove or reset my Instant Ink account. Has anyone here gone through this process before?

 

 

  • Is there a way to fully delete an Instant Ink account from my side?

  • Or do I need to request it directly from HP Support, and if so, what’s the best way to do it?

 

 

Any advice, links, or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to help you with your Instant Ink issue.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this. 

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
