(Oh man...The UI on the web is also broken...I cannot choose the right board (printer). I was allowed to only choose from the 4 options in the drop list. I tried to manually choose the printer from "Show All" but the choice was ignored...so I had to choose one. Please also help to move to the right board.)

 

Update: I was able to create another post in the right board, marking this as duplicate.

 

Today, my printer lost connection to our network, and the options for configuring wifi disappeared from the menu. Restore to factory settings did not help, and I did another cold reset. This is even worse, as it just stuck at "printing the allignment page", and unplugging and waiting for 60s did not help either...

 

I had tried all I found in the forums...Any one can send me another way to totally reset the printer? Thanks.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
