1. the last set of cartridges I received had NO in them.

2. i am enrolled in the paper thing as well i am almost out of paper i have received one box of paper from you guys in the entire time i have been enrolled and I have bought a box of 10 of those package's of 500 pages including the one box you sent that had 3 packages of 500 pages and that box is almost empty yet you guys don't send no paper?? why am i enrolled and being charged for that if you don't send any? at some point you guys should have sent at least two more of those boxes you send out

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

 

To locate your account, please provide

Your registered email address

Your Instant Ink account ID

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink

Confirm your address,

Please send the following details over the private message. 
 

  • Your registered email address and Your Instant Ink account ID
  • Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
  • Confirm shipping address
     

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. on your public post.
