Hello. I bought a printer of HP laserjet M140we from ebay seller (from UK) . It worked 17 month from October till now. Now I experience registering problem in my HP account. The printer prints report page that it can not print cause of errors. The printer has a subscription plan for instant ink. Could it be a problem of different locations, for example, bought a printer in UK and trying to use in Country of Georgia?

Hi @Avtandil2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have a printer that is not working, Yes, the issue could be related to regional restrictions. HP Instant Ink plans are specific to the country where the printer was registered. If you have moved to a different country (Georgia), the service is not available and you need to cancel the Instant Ink plan, and you need to buy regular HP genuine ink cartridges for both regions,
To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it.
4. Make sure the HP Smart App is installed too.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
