trying to change the printer on my hp instant ink and i keep getting the error code OW_4XX_OWSWS00001
i have tried restarting the printer and reconnecting to the internet nothing is working

Step 1: Verify Internet Connection
- Ensure your printer is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your router and reconnect the printer to the network.
Step 2: Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for 2–3 minutes.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Step 3: Update Printer Firmware
- Visit the HP Support website and download the latest firmware for your printer model. Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support
- Install the firmware update and restart the printer.
Step 4: Re-register the Printer
- Log in to your HP Instant Ink account.
- Remove the existing printer from your account.
- Re-add the printer using the claim code provided during setup.
