I replaced ink carts, cyan would not work, kept getting error messages, could not get to work. Message kept saying to try another cart. Since I didn't have one, I went to Office Depot and`paid $42 for new one that I put in and everything works. How do I get a refund for your cart that wouldn't work?

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to spend both time and money trying to resolve the cyan cartridge issue especially when you had to purchase a new one just to get your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e printer working again. You absolutely deserve clarity and support on this matter.

To assist you further, could you please confirm if you’ve contacted the store where you purchased the faulty cartridges to request a return or replacement? Additionally, please share images of the cartridges showing the front label and the expiration date. This will help us investigate further and provide you with the right guidance.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
