I am getting a blank page when trying to change shipping address and billing info for HP instant ink account.   I see where fields are supposed to be, but they never fill in with anything,  I have tried multiple browsers and multiple PCs.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
We see the page loads blank or the fields never populate, even across different browsers and devices when trying to update shipping or billing information. 

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:

Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, stale data can interfere with page loading. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

Use Incognito/Private Mode: This disables most extensions and cached data, which might help the page load correctly.

Disable Browser Extensions: Especially ad blockers or script blockers, which might interfere with the form loading.

Try a Different Network: Occasionally, network-level filters or firewalls can block certain scripts from loading.

Re-install HP Smart app: Try uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart App.
