i try to register a new printer in an existing HP account, but however i realize the country location is not updated. That account is in HK, but I am now in the UK. Instant Ink page cannot update the country, so I try to open a new account to connect the printer, however, i still can't enroll and redeem the instant ink trial by using the new account. When i try on the instant ink page, it said need to be set up through HP smart app. But I can't find where can I do in the app. And there is no email/ tel number that I can ask, would you reply how to do? and the 7days almost expired.

Was the printer also purchased in the UK?
