Hi, I have a fairly new 950XL Ink Cartridge that has not been opened or used.  Can I return it for a refund OR for a 910XL ink cartridge?

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!

 

Unfortunately, no: "The best approach is to return your cartridges to wherever [say, Amazon] you initially purchased them to see if you could receive a refund. At this time we [HP] do not offer a return program for unused cartridges, however we are happy to recycle them using the standard process."
