Hi @Dennis256,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Ensure Cartridges Are Compatible:

  • Double-check that you are using genuine and compatible HP67 ink cartridges for your HP printer model.

Remove and Reinstall Cartridges:

  • Carefully remove the cartridges from the printer and reinstall them. Make sure they click into place securely.

Reset Printer:

  • Power off your printer completely. Wait for about 60 seconds and then turn it back on to reset the printer’s settings.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can do this through the HP Smart app or by visiting HP's support website and searching for your specific printer model.

Re-sign Into HP Smart:

  • Sign out of the HP Smart app and then sign back in. This can refresh the app's connection with your printer.

Remove Instant Ink Enrollment:

  • If your printer was previously enrolled in HP Instant Ink, ensure it has been de-enrolled properly. You can verify this by logging into your HP Instant Ink account.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
