hi, so (yesterday everything worked perfectly, i didn't change or update anything) but today my printer status on the web page of hp instant ink is "unknown", i can still print and the page count are updating, on the smart app everything is fine and connected, on the web page is suggesting to connect the web services but they are active and connected, the connession is good, what can i do?
