Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to assist you with an HP Instant Ink enrollment.

  • Click here to know more about HP Instant Ink - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink.
  • To find your Printer Claim Code, print a Web Services Information page from the printer's built-in webpage. Click here to Find the Printer Claim Code.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi I had a code when I first installed my printer on instant ink then cancelled and enrolled my new printer with its code. I would like to re-enroll my first printer for instant ink but obviously I’ve already used the code the first time. How can I re-enroll my first printer if I don’t have a code?

Thank you for posting back.

Let's try this:

  • Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
  • Click on web services and remove web services and re-enable it If the issue persists,

Check the network configuration to get the printer IP address.
Press the Wireless button and Information button at the same time to print the network configuration page, and then locate an IP address.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
