Product: Hp Officejet 5745
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Using an HP  Officejet 5745.  Enrolled in Instant ink until we downsized and ended up with too many ink cartridges which were purchased retail from Costco.  I called to cancel the instant ink and now my printer won't print because of the instant ink cartridge.

HP Recommended

If your Instant Ink subscription is canceled the cartridges will not work after the subscription ends.  You will need to replace any Instant Ink cartridges with retail cartridges.
