Hi @joecool16,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to cancel your HP Instant Ink account, you can follow these steps:

  • Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account: Go to the HP Instant Ink website and sign in with the account you used to set up Instant Ink.
  • Navigate to Account Settings: Once logged in, click on your profile or account settings.
  • Cancel your account: Look for an option to cancel your Instant Ink account entirely. You may need to follow some prompts to confirm that you want to close the account.
  • Check your billing: Even if you’ve canceled your subscription, there may be some charges for printing prior to the cancellation. Review your billing history to make sure everything is in order.

Refer to this document: HP Instant Ink - Manage your account

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
