i cannot reach the instant ink website to cancel my contract as i have moved country. Despite being redirected by their virtual assistant all i get is a blank screen. They email me saying they have not been able to get payment although my bank manager says he has not received a request for payment. I email them etc but only get an automatic reply saying they will reply but nothing happens. Is this some sort of scam?
