i have a damaged ink cartridge and need it replaced

i have a damaged ink cartridge and it needs to be replaced... i'm stuck in an endless loop of "go here to get help". virtual assistant makes me jump through a bunch of hoops and then finishes by saying it's "unavailable, go to live support". which of course doesn't exist anywhere. live support...???

hp is obviously not concerned with charging an arm and a leg for ink, then ignoring issues when they send us damaged cartridges.
