incompatible cartridge error HP Envy 4520, using cartridge from Instant Ink. I tried all fixessuggested by the chat.

new cartridge number, and different size, but fits.

old black cartridge was 63; new cartridge received says '63/302/65/304'

Is this wrong cartridge?

I'd like to help!

 

Since it's instant ink, the cartridge numbers, and size may look different but it is how is designed and it will fit and work fine. 

However, if you are getting an error, let's try a few steps here from this document and see how it goes.
