i have tried for over an hour to get someone to send me replacement cartridges. I click on "links" for the defective cartridge error (must have a lot if you have a link set up just for this). Four boxes come up - spin for a while - then blink me back to the home page - over and over again! Some respond with a number or email where I can talk or correspond to a "real" person

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
