I am constantly being asked to re-install my Tricolour ink cartridge. This has happened many times over the last couple of days. I have explored all of the possibilities noted on the numerous web pages and have hit a blank. The only possibility I haven't tried is to install a new cartridge, but I haven't got one because the supply level is apparently OK on the faulty one!
How do I order up a replacement on my Instant Ink account - there doesn't seem to be a simple way to do this! Please, someone make it simple.

Also, have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
