ink cartridge error remove and replace

My HP officejet 4650 keeps saying a problem with ink cartridge remove and replace.  I have tried all the support options and nothing worked.  I am using the HP instant ink.  I tried calling support but was unable to get through after waiting over an hour on hold.

I've got the same problem,  cant do online chat it says it closed, I've posted a question on here got no replies, it's annoying I cant find anywhere to get a replacement for the defective one they sent, if you work it out or get help could you let me know please at the moment I cant print anything black
