Where do I report, that my missing ink shipment, has now been found. I prefer not to use the Whats app or phone call option, as suggested by HP AI assistance . My instant ink shipment notifications emails do not allow a reply back option. Is there an email address I can report to? I dont see a live (person) chat option online either. The customer support links ddnt provide a solution for updating previously reported missing shipments. It would be soo helpful if there was a quick & simple procedure to do this on my HP account, preferably in the shipment tracking category.

We understand that you have found the previously missed ink shipment. Since you have got it, you can please use the cartridges for the printer. And for the assistance, you can check the support section on your HP Smart/Instant ink.
