The underlying cause of the odd shipment cycles must be corrected.

 

You need an Instant Ink Support agent who has access to your account.

Be wary of cancelling just to stop enthusiastic ink shipments.

 

Yes, it's a thing - people have cancelled believing getting out is a solution to an over-abundance of ink.

 

-- What? --

Instant Ink cartridges only work with an active subscription on the printer to which they are assigned.

 

Yes, you can cancel at any time -- perhaps do not jump ahead and cancel for this reason...

 

 

--  "How it is supposed to work"  --

 

Category Where is my ink or toner?

 

 

Ink should (only) be sent when the printer notifies the service that ink supplies are depleted and it is time for a shipment.
