Hi my printer is displaying an error for the black cartridge, I have replaced to a new one, cleaned, switched the printer off and still the error is displaying. What do I do????

To assist you better, what is the error message that you get?

What model HP Printer do you use?

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink service?
