Envy Photo 6232
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a Envy Photo 6232 in Italy and never change the setting. Yesterday the catridges ran out so I changed them. All catridges are mailed by HP instank ink. However, the printer kept showing the "catridge problem" and ask me to change them. I tried to replace them by the old catridge one by one, and showed that the black one works, but the tricolor one cannot be recognized. I tried all solutions on HP sopport, check the software and drive, but still don't work. I want to requre a new catrigde from my instank int account by I cannot find the link anymore now, How to ask for a new catridge?

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
