Hi @fosburg,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To fix this issue, you would need one on one interaction with HP internal support.
I've sent you a private message with further instructions. In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

I wish to thank Mr. Elohi_NR of HP for his help and patience in solving my Instant Ink sign in problem. I am in my late 80's and not that computer savvy so having a actual person to help was very beneficial as opposed to the Virtual Assistant which was very frustrating.
HP is fortunate to have excellent l support people when a problem arises. I have been a Instant Ink customer for over a year with no problems until this week and as I stated corrected very quickly.
Thanks again.
