A few weeks ago I cancelled my instant ink.  Yesterday I got an email that I was charged for instant ink.  This is stealing from me.

Hi @wjrasmussen,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating this situation can be. While it may feel like fraud, it's possible there was a delay in processing your cancellation or a billing error occurred.

Here's what you can do to resolve the issue.

Verify the Cancellation Date

  • Check your email or Instant Ink account for a confirmation of the cancellation. Ensure it was processed a few weeks ago, as you mentioned.

Check the Billing Cycle

  • HP Instant Ink charges customers in advance for their subscription period. If the charge occurred due to timing overlap before the cancellation was processed, you may be eligible for a refund.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

What a load of BS.  I even got email from you saying it was cancelled. Instead of putting this on me, you could be more helpful and giving me a phone number to the department that can solve this.
