Message on printer says: Cannot print. Visit hpinstantink.com for information. HP site indicates that for both black and colour cartridges Instant Ink cannot determine your next shipment as it cannot read the ink levels.
Tried all of the suggestions on the HP website to try and sort out the problem. Nothing worked. Replaced the cartridges with those recently received via Instant Ink but still no luck.
I'm not at all happy about this as I need to print out documents and don't have access to another means of printing.
Instant Ink has been causing problems since the beginning of this year. I had hoped I'd finally sorted everything out and that at last things were going smoothly. How wrong can you be.
