I ran out of ink on August 29 and still had 531 copies before my month plan ended. I downgraded my plan to 100 pages a month instead of 300 pages. I was not able to use the 200+ that was left before it expired last month. Again, I ran out of ink. In is supposed to be on the way. I don't know when it will get here. I have no refills and I know HP Instant Ink says you will always have ink before you use it all.
I received an e-mail that said they noticed the ink cartridges are ready to be replaced and their records show I have replacement HP Instant subscription cartridges. I DO NOT. I do have four empty cartridges to return, plus the two that are still in my printer. When I wrote back yesterday at 3:47 PM, I told them that "I don't have any ink and had until last night (8-29-2024) to use the 432 (700-300 that could roll over )since I changed my plan. Can you give me back some extra copies to makeup for no ink?"
I was probably not supposed to respond to that e-mail, so maybe someone at HP Instant Ink Support will see this and help me.
