Hi @0245,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand your HP ENVY 6032 All-in-One Printer was previously working with Instant Ink but is now showing as not enrolled.

This can happen if the printer has lost its connection with the HP account or Web Services/HP cloud connection, so let's check a few things.

First, check the Instant Ink account status
Sign in to the HP account associated with your Instant Ink subscription and check whether:

  • The Instant Ink account is active
  • The printer is listed under the account
  • The printer status shows Enrolled

An active Instant Ink account and an enrolled printer are required for Instant Ink cartridges to work: Help with Instant Ink problems | HP® Support

In the meantime, try the following
1. Reinstall the HP App

  • Uninstall the HP app from your computer or mobile device.
  • Restart the device.
  • Install the latest version of the HP app
  • Sign in using the same HP account associated with your Instant Ink subscription
  • Add the printer again and check whether the enrollment status updates.

HP recommends removing and re-adding the printer when there is a cloud or account connection issue.

2. Turn Web Services off and back on

  1. Open the HP app
  2. Select your printer.
  3. Go to Advanced Settings
  4. Open Web Services
  5. Select Remove Web Services or Reset Web Services, if available.
  6. Confirm the reset.
  7. Once completed, select Enable or Continue to turn Web Services back on.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions and allow the printer to reconnect.

Web Services are required for communication between an Instant Ink enrolled printer and HP's online services: HP printers - Set up and troubleshoot Web Services, Cloud Services, and Cloud Connection | HP® Suppo...

After completing these steps, restart the printer and check the HP app again.

If the printer still shows Not Enrolled, let us know whether your Instant Ink account itself shows the printer as Active/Enrolled or whether the printer is missing from the account. That will help determine the next step.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
