Help please. My printer was printing PDF files much smaller than they should be. I was advised to reset the printer to factory settings. Did that. But when switching it back on I now get a message 'Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink'.
I've logged in to my instant ink account, and it shows the printer, but is unable to connect with it. How do I get it going again?
Thanks

@cj2151, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
As you have reset the printer, the Instant Ink data on the printer will be deleted.
You will have to reenroll the printer in Instant Ink.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

@Lanzo
For the printer to be enrolled in Instant Ink, it has to be connected to the internet. A USB connection will not work.
You may use USB if you do not want to use the Instant Ink service.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
