Hi, just finished configuring my new hp deskjet 3735 and to complete configuration I was invited to subscribe to the InstantInk service - and I did it, but then some configuration pages and other stuff have been printed out
So the question: do these pages count for the plan I chose, or the count will start as soon as I put the first instant ink cartridge when it will be sent to me?
Thanks,
Alberto

Hi @Alberto75
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are you using an Instant Ink ready printer? If yes, your Instant Ink account gets activated once you have completed the enrollment and it will start counting the printed pages.
I'd suggest you login to your Instant Ink account using this link to check the page count. Refer to this document for steps - HP Instant Ink - Viewing Your Page Count
If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Let me know how that goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
