Its a very simple question, that requires a simple answer,  why is it so difficult to get info from HP.

What is the point of sending me a email that does not make any clear sense, apart from telling me the price is going up again.

What are SETS that you say will cost 1.50 after my page allowance ? and will I loose the roll-overs I have.

Please lets have a answer.

send me a email with the correct information in future, or I will forced to close my account.

Hi @genius1943

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your honest feedback—we truly understand how frustrating it can be when changes aren’t communicated clearly. I’ll do my best to clarify everything for you.

To start with your main concerns:

Rollover Pages:
You will not lose your rollover pages on April 29. Whatever unused pages you've rolled over (up to the cap based on your plan) will remain in your account as usual, even after the changes go into effect.

What are “Sets”?
The term “Sets” refers to additional page bundles. After you've used up your monthly page allowance (plus any rollover pages), you’ll be charged £1.50 per additional set of 10-15 pages—depending on your plan. These sets allow you to keep printing without interruption, but yes, they are an extra cost beyond your plan.

Price Increase:
We completely understand that price changes are frustrating, especially when you feel you’re not getting value or clarity in return. The increase is to reflect rising costs and to help us continue providing the service, but your feedback is absolutely valid—we’re passing this along to the team.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
