Hi @luvelyme56

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand you’ve cancelled your HP Instant Ink subscription and would like to return the subscription cartridges.

Follow the steps below to request for return envelopes manually

  • Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/subscriptions
  • Once you have logged in Click on Instant Ink option on the left hand side of the page.
  • Then click on Shipment Tracking:
  • Now look for an option that says "Recycle your ink cartridge"
  • Click on it and fill in the required details to obtain the return envelope.

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
