Deskjet 2710 all-in-one

Purchased this printer on 12th July and initially was able to use it without any issues. However the ink that came supplied ran out after about 30 pages and so had to wait on the starter kit to come. This eventually arrived and I used it once without any issues. The next time I tried to print the printer had an orange flashing light for the coloured ink indicator and also the i is flashing orange.

When i print an info page it says I am not enrolled on hp instank ink. however when I log into my HP account it shows my printer and says enrolled in green writing. On the instant ink page it says my printer is offline and wont connect no matter how many times I try. I also received another coloured ink cartridge which made no difference so I dont believe the issue is with the cartidge

I have tried a power reset, reconnecting to the home wifi and both made no difference. I tried accessing the control panel via the IP address but it asks for creds and when i use admin and the pin on the printer it isnt accepted and eventually locks me out.

Please help this is driving me insane
