I've been charged several months for ink and I haven't received any yet. I keep having to go buy some at the store. I purchased a new HP printer and it didn't work and had to exchange it but I was supposed to be getting months of free ink with the purchase and never did. Now I'm being charged more money for going over on pages with ink I bought at Staples - not instant ink I was supposed to be getting for free. I've tried using the chat bot for help with no luck. How do I resolve this?
