Hi @GJINTEXAS,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand you have been unable to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account since yesterday, and the website is not responding. Let’s first determine whether this is related to the browser/device or the account sign-in itself.

Try these checks:

  • Open instantink.hpconnected.com/us/en/l/v2 in a different browser on your Windows 11 PC.
  • If possible, try signing in from a different device, such as a phone or another computer.
  • If you normally use a saved bookmark, open the Instant Ink website directly rather than using the saved link.
  • Check whether the page loads normally but fails when you enter your credentials, or whether the website itself does not load.
  • If the page displays an error, capture the exact error message or wording and share it with us.

HP's Instant Ink account page provides access to your subscription, ink status, page count, shipments, billing, and account information.

To narrow this down, let us know:

  1. What happens when you try to sign in? Does the page keep loading, remain blank, or show an error?
  2. What is the exact error message, if any?
  3. Have you tried a different browser?
  4. Have you tried signing in from a different device or mobile phone?
  5. Can you access other HP websites normally?

Share those details and the results of the different-device/browser test. That will help determine whether we are dealing with a browser/device issue or an issue with the Instant Ink account or sign-in service.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
