Hi @circussmiley,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Rollover Pages in your HP Instant Ink Account!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Your Instant Ink Billing Cycle:

  • Rollover pages are stored from previous months, but they have a limit on how long they can be retained.
  • Verify that you are within the allowed retention period, as pages exceeding this limit may no longer be available.

Review the Instant Ink Plan:

  • Ensure that your Instant Ink plan hasn't changed, as switching plans might affect the accumulation and retention of rollover pages.

Log Out and Log In:

  • Log out of your HP Instant Ink account and log back in to refresh the account details.

Check for Billing or Account Issues:

  • Ensure there are no billing issues with your Instant Ink subscription that might affect your account status or page rollover.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
