All I know is that I have been on HP's site for almost 2 hours now trying to have one simple question answered. I keep getting shuffled to more HP sites that I can count now. Have been an Instant Ink customer for over 3 years now. In looking over my latest bank statement I was charged for ink, but it was never delivered. Tried Billing, Customer Service, Instant Ink, and I keep getting nowhere - no one is even attempting to help me. If I do not hear from someone by tomorrow I will cancel my service. HP should invest more money in trying to really help paying customers with problems like this, which obviously has a simple solution....SEND ME MY INK!!!!!!!!!

Upon checking your account I see that there's plenty of ink and that's why more ink wasn't shipped. Instant Ink is based on the number of pages you print and not on the amount of ink shipped to you. You are charged for $4.99 for 100 pages a month.
